We are the only affiliated & certified Bikram Yoga studio in Columbia. Located on Forest Drive, we offer 18 classes per week of the most comprehensive & effective hot yoga in the world & 7 classes per week of Inferno Hot Pilates. Bikram Yoga is the “original” HOT yoga. It’s a safe, exhilarating workout that will calm your mind, strengthen your body, and change your life. Using Pilates prin­ci­ples, Inferno Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity workout. Hot Pilates strengthens mus­cles & burns fat - all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. Come join our Bikram Columbia community!


Our yoga challenge is a great way to get healthy, tone up, lose unwanted pounds, & increase your energy. The challenge will help you create & sustain healthy habits towards a longer, fuller life. 

Bikram & Pilates classes count toward your Challenge. Please join us! First, choose your Challenge: 60 or 30 days. 30 day challengers have 2 date options. Choose the date option that is best for you.

1 Month Unlimited Yoga. Come as much as you want for 30 days. Come multiple times a day if you would like. Committing to 1 month of yoga is great way to test out this yoga.
