The same 26 postures you know and love in a condensed time frame.
Bikram Flow - 60 MINUTES
60 minute hot class for all levels. Combines the 26 asanas from the bikram yoga class with the fluid movements of power yoga to help deepen your practice. Set to motivating music, you will focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body.
