Inferno Hot Pilates Teacher
I started doing Inferno Hot Pilates when Lacy brought Yvonne to the studio. I began doing Crossfit about 3 years ago and I added Bikram yoga in the Fall 2015. Since I was already addicted to both of these workouts, I had to give Inferno Hot Pilates a try. I mean who wouldn’t want to do cardio in a hot room? After my first class my abs were so sore it hurt to laugh. It was so different than any workout I had done before. I was hooked! I couldn’t get enough; I took just about every class that was offered. I convinced some of my friends to come try it out too! I had been searching for a way to transition into fitness and health for some time, but I wanted to make sure it was in something I enjoyed doing so my passion for it would carry into teaching and training others. I took the teacher training in June 2016, here in Columbia, SC. I learned so many amazing things at the training which expanded my desire to teach. I am so happy and honored to share my passion and knowledge of this workout with others.

Inferno Hot Pilates - 60 MINUTES
Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat at 95 degrees & 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles & burns fat - all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels & is a great complement to your Bikram practice.
