CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Bikram Yoga (90, 75, & 60 minute classes) - The original HOT yoga. 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises that will calm your mind, strengthen your body, & change your life.

 

Bikram Flow (60 minutes) - Combines the 26 asanas from the bikram yoga class with the fluid movements of power yoga. Set to motivating music, you will focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips & spine while strengthening your core & upper body.

 

Vinyasa Flow (60 minutes) - Begins with relaxing poses, then moves into a Vinyasa-style flow class done to music. You sweat, move, & stretch your entire body. After, you feel incredibly calm, cleansed & revitalized from head to toe. 

 

Align & Flow (60 minutes) - Begins with repetitions of gracefully linked postures called sun salutations followed by a standing sequence, then floor postures. You will leave feeling empowered & energized.

 

Torched Barre (60 minutes) - Combines barre & yoga in a heated room. Ignites muscles & increases heart rate, torching calories. 

 

Inferno Hot Pilates (60 minutes) - A challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. Strengthens mus­cles & burns fat, all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. 

 

Ignite (45 minutes)- Guarantees a fiery, new challenge in every class. Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, & endurance.
